When can I expect my order to ship?

Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering. Some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed US holidays. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. Standard shipping durations are based on your location relative to our location. Most orders, once shipped, will be received in 2-4 business days.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder). The email will contain tracking information as well.

Backorders

If an item is on backorder, you will be notified with an Expected Ship Date. You will receive an email if there are any changes to the status of your items. Occasionally, items will go on backorder before your order is fulfilled — if this happens, we will alert you via email.

In the event that your order includes a backordered item, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please contact us.
