The Short Stack Cookbook

Guess what? We wrote a cookbook! You may be thinking “Obviously. You’ve written 23 cookbooks—I get them in the mail each month.” What we mean is that we wrote a full-size cookbook—with pretty photos and everything—and it’s out now. As you may have guessed, The Short Stack Cookbook is all about ingredients. And just like the series, we called upon some of the brightest talents in the culinary world—including the authors of past and future Short Stack Editions—to help us create more than 100 brand-new recipes. Each chapter tackles one of our 18 favorite ingredients—ranging from fresh produce to proteins and pantry staples—and offers a multitude of recipes and cooking advice that reflect how we cook today.
